Rental fee rates:

Daily Rental - $300.00

Evening Rental - $500.00

All Day Rental (weddings) - $700.00

Availability
9:00 am to 4:00 pm or 5:30pm to Midnight

Deposit
A deposit of $500 is required to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation
At least 14 days notice must be given in order to be reimbursed for the deposit.

Guests
Accommodates up to 48 guests for an elegant sit-down plated meal and up to 65 guests for an elegant stand-up cocktail reception. We must receive confirmation of guest attendance 7 days prior to event. Client will bill for the confirmed number of guest regardless of attendance. After this time, any additional guests must be pre-approved by the event manager.

Wine and Food
All wine and food is subject to applicable taxes and 15% gratuities. Menu items must be selected and approved two weeks prior to event. Coach House Menus | Coach House Wine List

Decorating and Entertainment
All decorating and/or entertainment must be pre-approved by the event manager prior to the event. If you require audiovisual equipment for your meeting or presentation please inquire when booking.
